Vinson suffered from a slipped disc before & was concerned if he could still lift weights safely. He had been going to the gym on his own but did not manage to see the results he wanted: He still felt flabby & although he did see some progress on his own at first, he hit a plateau quickly without any proper guidance.

Vinson first took the ANTS L1 course to learn more about the fundamentals of Nutrition & Training & how it all works together. After that, he then decided to invest further in professional guidance by taking up Personal Training with us.
