Albertina hesitated to sign up for PT initially because she was afraid it will be a waste of time knowing she could not even do most basic movements like squatting.

Today, she is undoubtedly the leanest and strongest version of herself, after just turning 40 years old this year. She feels so much younger now, no longer getting random pains around her body and even her neck posture has improved dramatically.

Before training with us, Albertina has tried all sorts of diets before. Keto, Paleo, Intermittent Fasting, you name it, but she did not see results and could not figure out why she failed. Now, she has finally found her ‘secret’ in sustainable dieting that will last her a lifetime.
