After giving birth, fitness just went completely downhill for her. She has tried Personal Training with another Trainer before but did not see results. She then tried to restart her fitness journey with spin, HIIT & Yoga classes, but did not manage to see the results she wanted as well.

Building some muscle to be stronger, fitter & more toned has always been a huge goal for Pamela. Having attended ANTS L1, she knew the phenomenal health benefits of Lifting Weights but she did not know where to start. Most importantly, she needed to be stronger & healthier for her kids & family.

Pamela finally decided to take the leap with us to properly learn about Strength Training in the gym so that she can safely train on her own in future.

The Fat Loss journey has not been easy for Pamela as she had to constantly make sacrifices at social meals & deal with endless comments from friends. Being a complete Beginner in training & ‘eating clean’, it was a huge overhaul of her previous lifestyle which led to unnecessary weight gain in the first place.

Despite the many challenges from week to week, Pamela managed to weather the journey all the way to her final form like we planned right from the start.

It has been a long journey, but it’s all worth it now.
